Meh nak share frustration aku dengan TGV Cinema - Customer Service.
Al-Kesahnya nak g tengok Ombak Rindu dgn En.Suami+Cik Qiqin on last Saturday nite.
Alih-alih aku yang berOMBAK kat TGV Counter.
Nak tau apesal aku plak yang berOMBAK kat situ...hohoho meh bace complaint aku kat bawah nie:
"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I WOULD TO EXPRESS MY DEEPLY DISAPPOINTMENT & REGRET TOWARDS THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE TGV - CUSTOMER SERVICE.
REGRET TO INFORM THAT TGV HAVE FAILED NEITHER TO REPLY ME NOR GIVING ANY FEEDBACK TO ME ASIDE FROM EMPTY PROMISES.
I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING-UP WITH THE MATTER SINCE THE PAYMENT MADE
(THURSDAY AFTERNOON TILL SATURDAY MORNING --- 3 DAYS).
UPON CALLING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ONLY STATED:
"5 MINUTES FEEDBACK"
BUT...
THEY NEVER CALL BACK & I HAVE TO SPENT MORE FOR CALLING TGV.
IF COUNTED, I HAVE BEEN CALLING TGV-CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST 10 TIMES.
THEREFORE, I HAVE DECIDED TO GO STRAIGHT TO TGV-MINES COUNTER IN ORDER TO CHECK ON THE MATTER.
THE RESULT ----> THERE WAS NO BOOKING FOR ME AND THE SEAT ALREADY TAKEN.
THIS HAD CAUSED A DIFFICULTY TO ME AND COST ME MORE OTHER THAN THE TICKET PRICE.
EVENTHOUGH, I HAVE GOT THE RE-FUND.
BUT THIS IS THE MOST IRRITATING EXPERIENCE FOR ME."
Xsyiok sungguh..keciwa + bengang + sakit hati jer bile g ke kaunter tiket -- dorang kata xde booking...padahal dah bayar.
Memang tak sampai hati nak marah budak kaunter tu sebab bukan salah die pon. Tapi nak wat camner kan...kalo dah tengah membara tu...3 hari bersabar...alih-alih MELETOP.
Tahniah & terima kasih jugak lah kat budak kaunter tu coz dia tetap bersabar dengar "ceramah" aku yang panjang lebar kat situ.
Orang keliling pandang; "ADA AKU KESAH!?"
Dah membara dah...tu pon selamat aku datang check dulu. Kalo dibuatnya malam tu baru nak check, agak-agaknya...citer "pecah panggung" keluar plak.
